This special sculpture has been made by Joyce M Brassem, I think that she's blind. It can be found at the Brockhampton National Trust Estate in Herefordshire.

I don't know if anyone knows, but Hereford is home to the National Blind College.
I know that technically it's not the best of photos, but just imagine not being able to see your work !

What a fantastic achievement for her but the down side is she will never see what a brilliant job she has done.(only in her minds eye) Thanks for sharing your photo and the info that you sent with it.
