I must say, Carol, that this is one magnificent flower that I hardly ever see anywhere! I think I told you or someone else that I saw it in Salzburg, Austria, two years ago but never since...except here on SC.
This is a fabulous capture!
Carol: I'm not qite sure how I came by it Ginie, it pops up every year at the bottom of the garden where we dump all the grass cuttings and other things to compost. It is a lovely flower though, so I've never pulled it out. Thank you for your comment
Carol: I love it; my husband chose it for me after spending ages researching the Internet. I think he was looking for an idiot proof one, ha, ha. Actually I like the automatic setting best. I still have a lot to learn about photography, but I am getting the hang of the software. This photo is actually two heads, not a reflection and the background is a wooden fence, so all in all it does take quite a good photo. I don't have a very steady hand; so if I was chosing anything extra in it, it would be some kind of anti-shake device.
